As the Librarian of Cedar Crest High School, Mrs. Gerhart gets to know a lot of students. I have been lucky enough to have her as my advisor for peer mediation, a club where students help to solve conflicts in the school. Mrs. Gerhart has always believed in me, even when I didn’t have confidence in myself. Her warmness towards all students is something I want to have as a teacher, as she always has a smile on her face.
